Makai Brown

is an Indiana born and based artist currently attending Indianapolis University’s Media Arts & Science Program where he specializes in Digital Storytelling and minors in Studio Art & Technology. He also attended Montclair State University through the National Student Exchange Program, and completed several upper level courses in their Animation & Illustration track. As well as being an award winning poet and member of Word As Bond (Inc.), he is also a multifaceted performer as a classically trained musician, and visual artist who has been able to inspire a National stage since the age of 13. Makai presently works as the assistant teacher for the Intro and Advanced 2D Animation programs in the Luddy School of Computing and Informatics (IU).
